April 7 of each year marks the celebration of World Health Day. This day, we aim to support health activities and campaigns around the world – to shine a light on all the work that these dedicated health professionals do daily.

The current situation of the pandemic has taught us the importance of good health and immunity.

What is health? How do I improve my health? How physical, mental and social factors affect wellbeing of a person as whole.

So, several questions come to mind when we are talking about health. Are you aware of your current health status? You need some quick assessment of your physical stamina & flexibility to strengthen the 5 main pillars of your health, i.e.

1. Good nutrition

2. Physical exercises

3. Manage your stress

4. Sleep

5. Avoid dependencies

But be cautious before following any currently popular health trends Say no to fad diets or crazy workouts. One size does not fit all! Make informed choices for healthy lifestyle which are sustainable and suitable for your needs.

Mothers should pay attention to their health equally as they do for their family. Prepare yourself for motherhood during pregnancy, know your nutritional needs during and after pregnancy.
